The hiring process was a set of questions; I answered them via email. Then, we moved on to the average writing test. They did not conduct any face-to-face (or zoom) interview.
The interview process was short and sweet. I did a performance test where I had to write a short biography about a celebrity of their choice. There was no live interview. We communicated through email.
