Navigator Gas interview questions

Generic three stage process with Human Resources, Senior Management and Executive Management. The duration of each stage was approximately one hour broken down between a brief explanation of the role followed by a detailed explanation of how the candidate’s experience would fit the existing role and expand in the future aligned with group strategy. All stages were reasonably thought provoking and fair.
