Reached out to by a local recruiter who scheduled a screening. The call went well. I was then scheduled for an interview with a guy in the US. He seemed very disinterested in our conversation.
Didn’t hear anything for two weeks. Had to reach out to the company to get any status. Completely ghosted in the end.

Progressed through 7 rounds of interview to not receive any feedback, I reached out to the team a few weeks after and was told to expect an offer "soon". 3 months later, still waiting to hear back from them. Eventually took another role elsewhere. Wasted 7 hours of my time.

Interview was supposedly be with the Director of IT, but due to a schedule conflict it was passed on to another engineer from the team. Interview went okay, but there was no follow up or response after that. Just straight ghosting.
