Was a quick process. I got the feeling they really needed staff. I met in person once with the director of education and she asked me questions about my previous experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc.

I answered a list of questions with the head of the school. I was then taken on a tour of the school and had some interaction with the students. It is a beautiful place.

Standard sit down interview. Everyone was very nice and proper COVID safety protocols were followed. Very professional. It was my first interview ever (for a real job) and it was a great experience.
