The interview process was well-structured and focused primarily on evaluating the candidate's technical background. Rather than emphasizing coding or DSA, the interviewers thoroughly assessed the candidate's projects, technical skill set, problem-solving abilities, and depth of understanding of the technologies mentioned in the resume.
