Newell Brands reached out to me via email before a conference they would be attending. After sending in my resume, they offered me an interview during the conference's career fair. I had 2 30 minute interviews on behavioral questions.

The one thing that caught me off guard was that in one of my interviews, we finished the behavioral questions 10 minutes early so my interviewer asked me a couple of technical questions on java. I wasn't expecting to be asked technical questions at all.
