Applied Online. Process started with the phone conversation with the hiring manager which took more than 45 minutes. That call was mainly on resume. Secondly, an assignment that supposed to be done in 1 hour was sent. It was a design question of a object oriented design with C++. After this two phases, I was invited to on-site. There were five interview rounds. First was with hiring manager. General knowledge on mobile devices was checked. Second interviewer checked the initially given assignment, after asked to enhance the initial design. Third interview was with lead architect. He asked for a application design for mobile phones. Fourth round was with two interviewers in which I totally failed. The fourth interviewer had some issues with my nationality.

1st round : They Asked me question related to project work and about my previous employer and past projects.
2nd Round : Other person asked same questions which was asked in 1st round in other way
3rd Round: Manager asked me how i will be a help in the project and Why i want to join.
HR Round : personal Details and Salary Discussion
Applied for the job after working for 2 years as subcontractor. Didn't have to fill in tests or attend interviews. Just continued working as before. I have already proved my abilities during the time we worked together and this ensured that my attitude is going to positively influence the overall morale and productivity of the group.
