Mostly positive, I had friendly chats with the team that seemed to go pretty well. The recruiter was really communicative and supportive. The only snag was the presentation at the end, which was to be presented to senior leadership and we had lots of scheduling issues and wasn't that accommodating. They only gave 24 hours to write a full-blown business presentation, which almost seemed like they were setting up for failure. For a lower level position requiring low impact decisions, sure. I would never make or accept any high impact recommendation that had 24 hours notice to prepare. I was quite sick that week and gave it my all, but the senior leader felt I wasn't convincing enough and that was that. The recruiter did ask for feedback and provided feedback as well, which was a positive and not something I take for granted these days. Given the opportunity I would try again, but hope the hiring process realizes that nobody can provide a high quality business document within hours.
