Nova Property Network interview questions

Sent in an application and was called in for an interview. The "interview" was about fifteen minutes long, most of which was spent listening to the interviewer speak. I think I was asked maybe two questions. Interviewer said they'd keep me under consideration and get back to me later that week. She took me to meet the property manager and said "I told [insert my name here] we'd get back to them later this week". I never heard anything back and had to get in touch with HR to find out that the position was filled. If this is how you treat your applicants I can't imagine how you treat your employees.
