The interviewer (shift lead) is good, go through everything on my resume, willing to share tons of information about the role, but the HR ghosted me for more than one month after the interview even after sending follow-up email (very bad impression)

Interview
Interview was set to be 20 Dec 2024. Neither the section manager, shift lead, or the talent acquisition showed up. Meeting was to be on zoom. Talent acquisition did not respond on WhatsApp 15 minutes before and after the appointed time.
