The most bloated and inefficient hiring process I’ve ever seen. 5 interviews over the span of 3 months, with long periods of silence in-between. No clear communication, timeline, or sense of urgency, which is just what you want from a company that hasn’t built a single thing and is up against a 5 year deadline.
This seemed like an Incredibly inefficient company with the inability to put multiple people on an interview. Instead they make you repeat the same thing to multiple people in one on one interviews. You’d think after firing 28% of their company in 2024 they’d want to move things along to bring talent in
