Phase 1) Phone screen
Phase 3) Face-to-Face Interview with 2 higher-ups and the director of HR
- Interview was an hour and a half
The interview took place on a Wednesday and I was told a decision would be made by the latest, Friday afternoon.
It has been a week since my first contact with the company and I have received no follow-up.
I found this to be interesting... Nutrabolt has an article on the blog of their company website about good vs. bad interviewing, yet they aren't able to follow through with the message they are preaching. As an active employee in the field of human resources, I am VERY unimpressed by their lack of professionalism in following up after an interview. This is not me going off on a rant because I "didn't get the job"... in fact I am not sure if I did or didn't, or if someone else did or didn't, or anything. I am writing because I have realized this is not the type of company that would be a good fit for me. I don't know if it is fear of confrontation or apathy that keeps Nutrabolt from reaching out to candidates and letting them know whether or not a decision was made, but if you want to be seen as progressive and professional as you claim to be, you need to step it up.
