The interview as very short. They asked typical questions about real estate. I could tell they were not very open to a diverse staff, because as soon as i started talking, they kind of brushed me off.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at O'Kelley & Sorohan (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The manager is awesome and hands on. She's a fair person and she works really hard. The job was as described. Nothing less nothing more. Great atmosphere.

Question 1
The questions were basic such as tell me about yourself, and giving work history, give a time that you had a challenging situation at work and how did you handle it?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at O'Kelley & Sorohan (Duluth, GA)
Interview
This interview was a complete waste of time. Arrived dressed business professional and equipped with a physical copy of my resume and my certificates. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled interview time to not only show my promptness, but to also show how serious I was about this interview. Somehow, I still ended up not being interviewed until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. When the interview finally started, I was not asked a single relevant question. I was asked if I enjoyed certain jobs or the school I went to. She didn't ask anything about my skills or professional experience. She then went on to ask what movie I would watch forever and what celebrity actress best matches my personality. As someone who is not a big movie watcher and doesn't keep up with celebrities this question was not only difficult to answer but also completely unnecessary. What does that have to do with my ability to do the job? She then asked me how would my friends describe me. At the end, she asked if I had any questions. I took that opportunity to steer the interview towards a more relevant conversation about the position and my relevant skills. In the end, I felt that my time had been wasted and that I definitely would not be getting a call back since we spent more time discussing irrelevant topics like movies and celebrities than my actual resume. I understand that interviewers sometimes ask personality related questions later in the interviewing process to learn more about their candidates. But, this was the very first interview, and like I said, not a single relevant questions was asked about my skills and experience beforehand. If only I had have said that I'd watch Avengers Infinity War forever and not Spiderman Into the Spiderverse or said that Jennifer Aniston is most like me and not Jennifer Lawrence, maybe I would have gotten a call back, [sarcasm]
