Interview
1.HR received the MR form from concerned HOD.
2. Forwarded to HR Head.
3. HR Department sourcing through social media & screening then arrange the interviews.
4. HR works on Candidates' background check. & asking for all required document to be submitted.
5.HR is releasing the offer.
6.Onboard the candidate.
