OPENLANE Senior C# Developer interview questions

The process was in two phases. 1. Phone interview. 2. Technical interview. The interview team was somewhat not prepared. They don't provide CodePad for peer-coding, and no diagram board for system design. You have to find one yourself. The interview process lasted a month. I waited over a week and got no response at all. Then I sent an email to HR and he told me I was rejected. I feel their HR team was very unprofessional. No follow-up, no feedback. In summary, it was a terrible interview experience.
