Brief straight forward interview process. What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses? tell me about yourself. You go through 3 interviews. I applied as a busser and they offered me the position of a to-go specialist. They said I had strong diction and felt this position would be able to utilize my "hospy" attitude.
They sit you down at one of the tables in the back and then begin the interview process there. They will ask you questions and afterwards likely hire you on the spot if you did not fail the interview. You will need to bring your documents in case you are hired on the spot.

It went very good! The hiring manager loved my personality and my application. It was just Olive Garden availability so the hiring manager said to come back in a couple weeks

I went in, was a short 10 minute interview. He said the general manager was in a meeting so he sat down with me. He asked me all my contact info, where I go to school and some questions. Its been a day so far and no call back yet. Hopefully I get this!
