This was by far the lengthiest interview process which should have been a huge red alert for me that this company was not working properly. I first contacted a recruiter back in June. Nothing happened for almost a month, then when I asked him, I was given a different recruiter who scheduled 4 interviews. One with a project manager, one with an instructional designer, one with an executive, and another one with a director. Each interview was between half an hour to an hour. After my last interview in August, I did not hear from the recruiter, even though I had sent her a couple of emails asking her about the next step. I sent her another email and I got an out of office email. I contacted one of the executives that I interviewed with and he said that he was going to investigate and get back to me. I did not hear back. After several weeks I decided to move on but contacted the executive to tell him how disappointed and how unprofessional I was treated. His answer "I don't disagree with you." I then contacted the recruiter who then lied to me about contacting me via voicemail and email. I showed her that she did not do such a thing and that she just needed to accept that she made a mistake, learn from it and move on. She wanted to argue with me and I ended up blocking her. This company looks good on the surface but I am afraid that they are dealing with a lot of internal issues. I am glad I was not hired.
