It was a nice process. Every step was explain previously and people involve during the process were kind, respectful and full oriented to find the best person. In addition, people were providing you a good and fast feedback.

If you want to be discriminated, you are more than welcome to apply to OneSpan. I'd say AVOID ONESPAN AT ALL COSTS! A Talent Acquisition Specialist reached out to me. We scheduled the virtual interview and it went well until the last part when I asked for feedback. She told me she was looking for German or Dutch speaking SDR over a Spanish speaking SDR when the job ad clearly stated that they were looking for either. It didnt end there, she also mentioned she was looking for an SDR who has a British accent. She also said she was going to follow up by end of the week, which of course, she didnt. I sent a a thank you email after the interview. 2 weeks passed and I sent a follow up email, which to no surprise, no email back from her. Totally waste of time to even interview with her, so my job search is still ongoing and definitely having a better interview experience with other companies.
