I had an initial interview very pleasant, then I was invited to go to the company to do a technical interview with two young men, they did not seem to be prepared to interview me, they did not make eye contact, they seemed bored and several times there was a mutual silence because they did know what questions ask. So after the first interview a very nice lady walked with me to show the company and talked to me she was really great. The same day I did a code session with a very nice guy was basically improve a project like do a better architecture and fix some things, unfortunately I was nervous and it messed up my performance. But I really enjoyed the process and the company intends to apply for a new position in the future.
