OpenTable Designer interview questions

I was contacted by an Opentable recruiter. I use Opentable regularly and have enjoyed seeing the evolution of the product, so I was excited to speak with Opentable. The initial phone screen with the recruiter was...disappointing, to say the least. She seemed distracted and disinterested: she asked me to talk about a past project, but then cut me off mid-way. She promised to get back to me in 3-4 days...instead, it was 3 weeks before she reached out to ask if I was still interested. I suspect there's a lot of turmoil within the company leading to this level of disorganization.
