OpenText Channel Sales Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and scheduled a call. They didn't show up and emailed me 10 minutes later that there other call had run over. They asked to reschedule a few days later and I agreed. They never called or showed. I got an email four days later that they would still like to talk. This doesn't make me feel good about the company as a whole if they can't effectively communicate at the very beginning of the interview process.
