on line test. then interveiw at a location with around 30 others fairly relaxing explaining process, show passport and driving licence. two interveiws with different managers ,asked to wire a plug with a job sheet in half hour take your time do it right make sure its wired correctly and the screws are tight before you leave it and make sure you use the right tools do not pick up a stanley knife (safety) if theres goggles eye saftety wear put them on. good luck and keep applying elseware.
