Lots of video interviews, very conversational, not super difficult, just want to get to know you and your personality. They’re looking for someone who’s not scared of talking to new people and willing to work their butt off.
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
4 steps of interview, with HR > with Hiring Manager > with Sales Manager > with Hiring Manager and Business Development Director
