Interviewed by two Principal Consultants, Initially there was some confusion over whether I was being interviewed for Consultant or Principal Consultant. Decided to progress anyway and clarify later.
General questions were asked about my experience, Both interviewers seemed to enjoy working there and said I would have feedback the following week. However I have heard nothing, even after chasing the hiring manager. Basically they ghosted me, which is just rude,

Screening interview, then take home task. Another company looking for real life solutions from their interview process. Terrible communication from the talent manager, a good indication of how the company operates overall.
