Llamada de 30 minutos para conocer el candidato. Si el resultado es positivo, se le manda un archivo para responder unas preguntas sobre su actuación según su criterio a la hora de atender a un cliente.

¿Cómo responderías a un cliente que necesita su paquete para hoy y no le será posible debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control?
First, the HR representative interviews you over the phone. Then, you will receive a template with common issues that may arise and you have to explain how you would solve them (writing them down in your work languages). It is timed. If you pass the assignment, they schedule an interview with your manager-to-be.
