We discussed any of my prior experience, licenses, knowledge of vessel safety. A big concern was my ability to do numerous jobs (could i bartend, drive the boat, tie the boat by myself, and deal with the client. There are three boats that are chartered so i needed to demonstrate my ability to work all three which all have their little differences. All in all it was an easy, basic interview. Anyone who has maritime experience, basic or advanced, can do the job.
