Paidy interview questions

[Interview Overview] After the first interview, I was assigned a task to submit two full design processes starting from research. The content was extremely complex and directly tied to the company’s BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) business. This made me suspicious, wondering, “Are they just trying to collect ideas for free?” If the goal is to evaluate skills, one assignment should be sufficient—why ask for two? As expected, I was rejected after the second interview. However, I noticed that the same position continued to be advertised afterward. Looking at employees’ social media, it seemed that the team was constantly conducting interviews and reviewing new candidates. If two people are interviewed each week and each submits two designs, the company would be collecting eight designs a month for free. That seems far too convenient for the company. I've been through many interviews before, but only Paidy’s assignment was directly tied to the company’s business. I felt this was clearly different from a standard selection process—something quite unusual. [Advice for Applicants] Be aware that the assignment may be directly connected to the company’s business. Carefully assess whether the work you invest time and effort into might simply be discarded with a rejection. If you're considering applying, I recommend thinking carefully about whether it's truly worth your time and energy.
