Phone Interview followed by onsite interviews in two locations. They use Jobvite to schedule interviews so while the recruiter can reach out to candidate but not the other way around. Interviews were scheduled promptly and everyone I met was courteous.

HR phone interview was around people management skills. On site interviews were quite generic since it was a manager role.
