4 interviews, with an internal Panel afterwards to benchmark candidates. Robust and professional, with clear behavioural questions around people, technical capabilities and leadership. A fair process, very transparent feedback, very engaging process overall.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision. How did you go about it, what would have have done differently
6-7 panel round interviews, HR interview, hiring manager interview, final people/peer interview, in person and online interview process, prior executive management experience, peer interview process, product team, sales, support and service delivery team interviews
Interviewed by a cross-functional team and almost all questions were role-based. The process was very smooth and the people I interacted with were very friendly. I would definitely join this market leader in Cybersecurity.
