I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Papa John's (Victorville, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The manager at my location posted in a job search group on Facebook looking for delivery drivers and an email to send in your resume. I sent my resume that evening, got an email the next morning for an interview that afternoon and got hired on the spot. After they decide to hire you they give you a packet to fill out and return and then in a few days after you turn in your packet they call you back and let you know when to come in for your first day.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
