      Assistant Manager Interview

      4 May 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Štore
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Paper Source (Štore) in May 2013

      Interview

Creative interview, asked me to bring in samples and we spent time at the front of the store rubber stamping. Most fun I had in an interview. The interviewer made me feel so comfortable , seemed like a genuine conversation to get to know me versus an interview.

      Assistant Manager Interview

      19 Jan 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paper Source in Jan 2015

      Interview

I applied online for an assistant manager position. I was contacted by telephone a few days later. Though the position I hoped for had been filled, I agreed to a preliminary interview for sales associate over the phone. There were a few qualifying questions regarding experience, then I was given an appointment for an in-person interview a few weeks hence. Each encounter had a very friendly, upbeat and casual feel. The company rep and the new store manager were easy to talk with..

      Assistant Manager Interview

      14 Jul 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paper Source in Jun 2010

      Interview

I interviewed for the job and all went great - they said they really wanted to find a place for me in the company, but the position I applied for was being filled by an internal applicant - would I be willing to try another store/position? I said yes and interviewed with 2 more people, both of whom said exactly what I'd been told before. I'm not sure if this company is incredibly unorganized or if it's just how non-confrontational women do business.
