Interview process was at first overwhelming having to do 3 interviews. One over the phone, one in person in KOP and one in person at the center. However, after having done each interview it was very professional. It was a friendly environment and everyone I met was very open and made me feel very comfortable.

you first interview with HR with the basic why do you want to work here and what are your qualifications. HR will then select you to do an interview with the Medical Director and PSR supervisor, they will ask a lot of questions but they are situational questions “tell us about a time” questions or “what would your current/previous supervisor say about about you”

The interview with patient first went smoothly. It was very informational and got to the point of the position. Was able to meet other staff and take tour of facility.

Three steps, phone screen, phone interview, site interview. Answer similar questions throughout. Possible assessment. There's not much else to write about it but it's requiring thirty words to submit the review.
