Interview
It was a group interview, we did role playing in the store with another associate then we went to a different area and continued with the interview process. Also went over the process on how we are rated as a sales associate if we are hired on. The better sales person you are and if you are achieving the goals the more raise opportunities you get.

Tell me about a time that you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you resolve the issue.
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
