I got a call from the regional hiring manager, who asked me general behavioural questions. Nothing unexpected, it was quite straight forward. He also asked me about my previous experience and why I would like to work at Payless. I got another call asking me to meet with the manager of the store who asked me more situational type questions.

I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
