One interview with line manager. It’s more like a conversation about what’s in your CV and what kind of person you are. It was more interested on the influence I can bring and what changes or something new I can contribute to the team.

If you had a better opinion then your manager would you tell him/her.
Great, interactive, in person and questions were not too difficult. Duration was 3 hours, it started with group case study, then 1 to 1 behavioural questions. Location was their London office.
