Very casual, good interview. More of a conversation with a few structured questions. Culture and people seemed really nice and friendly. The office was awesome! Really could see myself fitting in there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Penna Powers (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sept 2015
Interview
The hiring process was very quick. First I sent over a resume along with a cover letter and link to personal website. In the second interview one has to do a presentation in front of a small group of people. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed during the process.

Interview
Got a call from the CEO of PPBH. Interviewed with him. Honestly he spent most of the time talking, so it wasn't so hard. He had me show a couple of samples from my portfolio. Make sure you bring your portfolio and have it available offline, just in case the guy you're interviewing with doesn't feel like getting the internet password for you. It has happened. The guy didn't get the job because he didn't bring a portfolio and wanted to use the company's computer and internet, and it happened to annoy the interviewer. The CEO showed me around. He also told me the creative director would have interviewed me had he been there.
