Interview
Straight forward. Several rounds. Second round with members of team. Met with immediate supervisor but knew him through a friend. Then moved in to team members and then CEO. Three rounds of interviews. CEO just to make sure I would fit in but I treated it as a traditional interview .

Interview
The interview scheduling was changed a few times. The call was very unprofessional. She seem surprised that I was African American. She didn't even ask any interview questions and rushed to get off the call. Very very unprofessional!!! It is disheartening that these people still exist in the workforce!!
