Had one interview with the underwriting manager to determine competency of finance principles. It lasted one hour and they were able to be flexible around my schedule. They got back to me within a week to let me know I didn’t get the role.

Question 1
What are some factors to determine the risks of lending to a start up business.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PeopleFund (Austin, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
The first interview was 30 minutes with the CEO. Not really any questions just a review of my resume and a vague description of the job. The second interview was with a group of other members of a collaborative they partner with. I was told to expect an offer within the week. The offer never came, which is fine, I understand the need to fill your organization with the people you think fit best. My issue is that they never called or emailed to tell me they were going in a different direction. I would be very cautious about working or doing business with people that can't take a few minutes to give unpleasant news.

Interview
First round at office site - 30 mins conversations with various top executives. The interview was casual and more of a way for them to understand about your interest.
