Mostly behavioural questions. Some technical all focus around past projects and my thought process. Walked them through decisions in past engineering projects and elements I would change if doing the projects now.

Interview
First there was a Phone screen with the recruiter discussing the role. Then, a zoom call with hiring team that was about 1 hour. Finally, a quick 1:1 with the HR manager to go over anything remaining
Very easy, not tech q's. phone interview, followed by assessment centre. technical interview, asked about the company, the role, how I work in team, how I problem solve. finally, question on distillation column, paper, mills, separation, reaction.
