Received email saying they wanted to interview, was able to choose my day and time from various options. Interview was formal, but very smooth going and conversation was smooth. Received phone call a week later saying they were going to extend an offer.

long process, it had 3 different steps, and totally i was able to answer all questions, but did not get an offer. they may want to continue with another candidate.
