Call came from recruiter which was a casual chat and then next step was with hiring manager and another manager. Interview with 2 managers was all based on STAR method.

First there was a call with recruiter then a video call with 2 managers. It was very competency based and focused on STAR method. Questions were asked by interviewers to delve deeper into each example provided.
