      Game Developer Interview

      2 Aug 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Perfect Parallel

      Interview

Most interviewees had no formal interview, entirely a factor of whether the boss liked you or not. Not much beyond that. They have you talk to the boss man, and negotiate separately with the account when it comes to pay. After that you're expected to just start with little to no guidance or direction as to what you're doing.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most unexpected questions were the lack of them, I was asked almost nothing related to the position.
