The interview didn't go as a formal one, there was more empathy. Interviewer Ganapathy Raj (resource manager) was very detail in explaining the roles and responsibility and most importantly the opportunities and about the people in the organization. The quality in him is he identifies potential candidates and even if you lack knowledge in the subject he prepares you for the next round. Prabhu is the lead recruiter and has similar and more attributes and than Raj. He was very professional in handling the candidates, no personal questions asked, he had explained the importance of the role and explained the seriousness of learning and how to up skill the career. But the compensation was not satisfying at the time of on board.
