First, there was an interview with HR, which was a general introduction and presentation of my previous experience. In the second round, a technical interview was conducted where the QA Lead asked specific situational questions as well as concrete technical ones. Both interviews were pleasant and held in a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

I had an overall terrible experience with internal Perficient recruiter. I applied online and she reached out via email asking for me to call her at some point in the week, Tuesday - Friday. I emailed her back and said that I'd call her that Friday around lunch. I called her at the time I said I'd call and she did not answer. I left a message. I followed up the next week. I never heard back from her about a time to reschedule a phone screen. Basic manners go a long way and if this is the way that Perficient wants to be viewed to candidates, then you're going to have long term culture issues with finding the right employees.
