My interview experience with Perficient was not one I hope to repeat, purely for this reason: They ghosted me at the end of the process. As opposed to letting me know I hadn't been selected for the role, I had my last interview and never heard back. I had been referred by a current employee who reached out a week or so after the last interview to see how it went, and I shared I hadn't heard anything. So, he dug around on the back-end and found out I wasn't what they were looking for. It would have been neat if they'd told ME though...
