Personable interview questions

The interview process was pretty straightforward but focused heavily on personality and fit. I first completed a short behavioral assessment, then had a series of back-to-back interviews where two supervisors and the CEO rotated in and out of the room. Most of the questions were less technical and more about how I think, how I handle challenges, and how driven I am to work and contribute to the team.
