Phillips 66 came to an on campus career fair. They didn't even weed out applications, I just signed up for a time slot to interview the following day after chatting with their recruiter. The next day, I met with the recruiter for 30 minutes and we talked briefly about the position and my research. I explained my PhD work, but he did not ask any questions.
