The interview process was definitely a marathon and not a sprint. In total it was approximately two hours and consisted of a panel of 4 people conducting the Interview. In addition to the Lab Manager, I was asked questions by the Lead Chemist, The Human Resources manager and one of the Operations managers/Head Engineers from Production. Each person asked questions pertaining to their area of expertise or their knowledge as it applied to the position I was interviewing for, so for example the Chemist asked me some technical questions related to chemistry like what is the definition of pH, ect. The HR manager asked me situational questions that may pertain to an actual problem/situation that I could encounter while on the job and how I would go about resolution. The Lab manager asked me questions about my problem solving skills and working with others as part of a team or group to accomplish a common goal for example. All questions and discussions were relevant to the job/position that I was applying for.
