Interview process consisted of a recruiter phone screening, video call with the hiring manager, individual interviews with 4 team members, and a final presentation. Overall, the experience was positive, everyone was lovely, and the recruiter was very communicative throughout the entire process.

Applied for the Creative Strategist role online. Had a 30-minute screen test and then a project to show skill set. The interview was pretty informal as I had a referral. I did not get the job as they were looking for someone with direct category experience.
