All conducted via Zoom + Coderpad.
Technical questions were realistic scenarios, ~medium difficulty.
Recruiter was super responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Application to Written Offer took ~2.5 weeks.

Practical coding screen with two engineers. Despite excellent communication, solving the problem and walking through a solution, they're expecting perfection. You need to perform without skipping a beat and don't expect that any friendliness from interviewers translates to doing well. You need to have an answer right away without more than a few minutes to think, that's the "bar" apparently.
